Medical Staff

Registered Nurse, MayView Campus – Under the supervision of the Nursing Manager, the bilingual RNs work in collaboration with the health care team in the delivery of patient care at RFHN. Patient Services Assistant for Testing, Positions Available at Ravenswood Campus and MayView Campus – The bilingual Spanish/English or Tongan/English Patient Services Assistant (PSA) schedules appointments for patients, helps patients with completing registration and consent for treatment forms, verifies financial eligibility for sliding fees, answers incoming calls, keeps the lobby area tidy, and works with team members to provide excellent customer service.  During COVID, a PSA will be specifically assigned to support the COVID testing team, which may include working outdoors. Screener, Positions Available at Ravenswood Campus and MayView Campus – The Screener is responsible for ensuring that each individual is properly screened for potential infectious disease before entering any RFHN facility.  Additionally, the Screener ensures that each individual has on the proper Personal Protective Equipment and provides important information to each individual prior to entry. Medical Assistant, Positions Available at Ravenswood Campus and MayView Campus – Under direct supervision, the bilingual Spanish/English or Tongan/English Medical Assistant provides clinical support to the medical providers by rooming patients, verifying medical history and other tasks related to the care and treatment of patients in the clinic. Lab Technician, Ravenswood Campus – Under general supervision, the Laboratory Technician performs routine preparation for laboratory testing; performs venipuncture and other specified tests within their scope of practice, and prepares specimens for pick-up by Ravenswood’s contracted laboratory.  Travel between clinics may be necessary and primary worksite will be determined after completion of training. Dental Staff

Front Desk Receptionist, Ravenswood Campus – The bilingual Spanish/English receptionist provides clerical support for all administrative functions, including answer phones, schedule patients, update identification, and verify insurance and eligibility information. Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant, Ravenswood Campus – The bilingual Spanish/English Registered Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant assists dental providers with all treatments and is responsible for sterilization, preparation, inventory, and infection control of dental operatories. Dental Sterilization Assistant, Ravenswood Campus – Under the direct supervision of the Back Office Manager, the Sterilization Assistant performs and participates in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, sterilization, storage and distribution of reusable dental and surgical instrumentation and equipment. Behavioral Health Staff

Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Positions Available at Ravenswood Campus and MayView Campus — Under the general direction of the Integrated Behavioral Health Services Clinical Director, the bilingual Spanish/English Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, will drive the psycho-social components of whole person and whole family care. Patient Navigator (Whole Person Care Program), MayView Campus — The Patient Navigator is responsible for enrolling Medi-Cal beneficiaries who are high utilizers of multiple health care systems into our Whole Person Care Program and implementing a care plan that is designed to address their physical health, behavioral health and social service needs. Whole Person Care RN Supervisor, MayView Campus – The Whole Person Care RN Supervisor (WPC RN) is a practice-based RN who directly supports our highest risk patients who are experiencing one or more chronic disease conditions, in addition to ongoing medical and social barriers.
